WW Week 25...

...another 1.5lbs lost!

Current Weight [11.07.09] - 10st 8lbs
Total Loss = 26.5lbs


  1. Whoop!

    Right I need to get started. What is your biggest tip?

  2. I think for me the best motivation (apart from wanting to lose weight before I get measured for my dress!) has been going to the Weight Watchers weekly meetings.

    I find that when I know im going to miss a meeting im not as careful at counting my points!

    and dont be afraid to have a day/night off once in a while - it gets boring otherwise but at least with WW you are still allowed to have a little bit of everything!
